Introduction

Insect venoms are important natural resources. They are valuable as lead compounds in pharmaceutical and agriculture.
Insect venom protein database (iVenomDB) is a database specializing in the sequence and structures of insect venom protein, contains 4847 protein sequence entries of 139 insect species. iVenomDB intends to provide a comprehensive platform of venom protein and online bioinformatic analysis.
